Primary Responsibilities
- Manage full life-cycle recruitment by setting search strategy, actively sourcing candidates, prescreening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring and on‑boarding processes
- Manage recruitment services to ensure – current and emerging customer needs and services expectations are understood and met
