What You’ll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for senior management and below roles
  • Partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and talent strategy
  • Proactively source talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future needs
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the hiring process
  • Act as a trusted talent advisor , sharing market insights and hiring trends
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience
  • Use recruiting technology, data, and strong organization to meet hiring goals

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience
  • Strong experience in corporate recruiting (technology hiring exposure is a plus)
  • Proven ability to build credibility with
