What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for senior management and below roles
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and talent strategy
- Proactively source talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future needs
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the hiring process
- Act as a trusted talent advisor , sharing market insights and hiring trends
- Deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience
- Use recruiting technology, data, and strong organization to meet hiring goals
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience
- Strong experience in corporate recruiting (technology hiring exposure is a plus)
