HR Recruiter:
- Collaborates with HR team and leaders to design and implement strategies for attracting and retaining top talent.
- Manages databases to track trends and propose improvement actions for the recruitment process.
- Develops and manages targeted advertising campaigns to promote job openings and reach a wider audience.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment for direct staff.
- Experience with TRESS system.
- Onboarding experience.
- Proactive and results-oriented.
- 80% conversational and written English proficiency.
