Job Description

• Responsible for day-to-day administration of manpower sourcing, selection and recruitment following company standards and policies to all entities of SGS in the Philippines ( PHSUGU, GBSROHQ).
• Manages the Talent Acquisition System and in charge of keeping it updated.
• Prepares annual performance assessment of external manpower agencies and presents a statistical report for the Talent Acquisition Supervisor for consolidation and recommendation for all entities.
