  • Proven experience in candidate sourcing using various channels and strategies to identify potential candidates.
  • Skilled in interview scheduling to coordinate with candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
  • Experienced in resume screening to evaluate applicant qualifications against job requirements.
  • Strong talent acquisition skills to develop recruitment plans and execute sourcing activities effectively.
  • Ability to conduct Boolean searches to enhance sourcing strategies and improve candidate pipelines.
  • Proficient in offer negotiation to ensure alignment between candidate expectations and organizational needs.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with different stakeholders in the recruitment process.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
