The Recruiter, Health Services supports Calian’s business by filling healthcare positions for ongoing contracts and new business opportunities. This role works closely with internal stakeholders to confirm requirements, build recruiting plans, and source qualified healthcare professionals. The role focuses on high-volume healthcare roles where candidate availability is strong, ensuring timely placements while maintaining a positive candidate experience. They also contribute to process improvements, industry awareness, and the overall success of the recruiting team.
