Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, On-site Contract Recruiter to lead a strategic hiring initiative for our Mesa-based manufacturing client. Our client is expanding and would like to identify and onboard 8–10 skilled Panel Technicians.

Working directly with shop supervisors, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to interview coordination—ensuring we build a consistent, high-quality internal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Targeted Sourcing: Identify and engage candidates with specific experience in manufacturing, fabrication, and wire harness assembly.

• ATS Management: Utilize the company’s internal Applicant Tracking System to track candidate progress and maintain clean data.
