We’d love to meet someone who:
  • Has 4–5 years’ recruiting experience across multiple functions (software engineering, data, marketing, finance, etc.)
  • Screens high volumes of CVs and conducts structured interviews
  • Keeps pipelines clean, notes accurate, and communication prompt
  • Works fast and objectively using clear scorecards
  • Thrives in a remote, high-trust environment with daily updates
