CTG is seeking a recruiter who knows the healthcare IT landscape and has a proven track record of hiring Epic-certified analysts, builders, and specialists. In this role, you’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and relationship‑building to offer negotiation—while partnering closely with operational and clinical leaders to understand their Epic staffing needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies to attract Epic analysts across modules such as EpicCare Ambulatory, Inpatient, Resolute, Cadence, Prelude, Beacon, and others.
