Brunel is seeking a Recruiter to work in our internal team, managing end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple clients and positions. The role requires a consultative mindset, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver high-quality candidates within agreed timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes (job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviews, shortlisting, and offer support).
  • Conduct active sourcing and market mapping using LinkedIn, databases, and professional networks.
  • Perform competency-based interviews and behavioral assessments.
  • Act as a strategic partner to clients, understanding business needs, culture, and role requirements.
  • Prepare candidate assessment reports and present shortlists to clients.
