Responsibilities
Recruitment and CV screening through various job portals.Conducting interviews (phone, online, and in person).End-to-end management of the selection process, from opening to closing.Support in the onboarding process for new hires.Constant communication and coordination with internal managers.Collection and analysis of recruitment metrics. Requirements
What would we like to see in your CV?
University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or similar.Italian and English C1 is mandatoryMinimum of 1–2 years of experience recruiting, specially within Sales DepartmentAdvanced level of office automation skills.
