**What will you do?**



+ Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process in LATAM

+ Implement targeted attraction strategies using job boards, social media, and other platforms.

+ Conduct preliminary phone screenings to evaluate candidates' skills and compatibility.

+ Ensure a memorable candidate experience from start to finish.

+ Collaborate with the Recruiting Manager and seasoned TA Partners to refine sourcing techniques.

+ Provide insights on recruitment trends and best practices.

+ Drive the hiring process efficiently, meeting our KPIs



**What do you need?**



**Required:**



+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

+ Advanced English & Spanish skills

+ Previous experience working in recruitment positions
