  Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CST)
• Contract Type:
  Independent Contractor
• English Level:
  C1–C2 (Advanced)
• Compensation:
  USD
  $1,000 per month

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and technical roles
• Source, screen, and interview candidates
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate pipelines and provide timely follow-ups
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process
