Recruiter – Skilled Construction Workforce

Position Title: Recruiter – Skilled Construction Workforce & Related Industries
Location: Preferably Mexico City Metropolitan Area or central Mexico (LATAM possible in exceptional cases).
Work Mode: Hybrid (remote work + availability to attend assessments, client visits, or job fairs).
Role Objective:
Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for skilled construction workers (masons, welders, electricians, plumbers, heavy machinery operators, etc.), with the ability to identify and attract talent for both domestic projects in Mexico and international mobility programs (e.g., Canada).
Secondarily, this role may extend to other industries with strong demand for skilled workers, such as healthcare (nurses), agriculture, hospitality, and services.
Key Responsibilities:
