Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all spectrum of candidates sourcing, interviewing and hiring process
  • Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing channels to fulfill vacancies efficiently
  • Establish talent database
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of industry and technology trends
  • Understand company business direction and hiring background to build and develop talent market intelligence
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business managers and HR team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results, and credibility

Requirements

  • 7+ years' solid recruiting experience of professionals (Engineer or above) in manufacturing industry
  • Good communication; fluency in written English and workable oral English required
