Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive (Non-IT)

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive  who can independently manage the full recruitment cycle for non-IT roles . The person should be strong in sourcing , screening , candidate coordination , interview scheduling , and assessment-driven shortlisting , with a sharp eye for person-job fit  and culture fit .

Key Responsibilities

· Source CVs using online job portals  (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), databases , WhatsApp groups , and offline consultants/placement partners

· Build and maintain a strong pipeline through vendor/consultant management  and local offline sourcing networks

· Screen resumes for role fit, stability, compensation alignment, location readiness, notice period , etc.
