- Promote job vacancies in strategic areas of Tijuana.
- Assist in mass recruitment events and brand activations.
- Report daily activities and results.
**Requirements**:
- 1 year of field recruitment experience (essential).
- Communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Availability to work in the field (areas such as shopping centers, universities, etc.).
- Immediate availability.
- Basic handling of mobile devices to register information.
- Conversational level of English (B2 or higher).
