This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT requirements, including Contract, Full-Time, C2C, and W2 positions. Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for Contract and Full-Time roles across C2C and W2 hiring models.
Work on C2C requirements from implementation partners and direct clients.
Source, screen, and submit candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, internal database, and vendor networks.
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and consultants for C2C submissions and closures.
Understand and negotiate rates, margins, and payment terms with vendors and consultants.
Screen candidates for technical fit, communication skills, availability,...
