**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for a Recruiting Assistant in our Mexico City office to support our recruiting and onboarding activities.
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and post job ads online
- Assist with resume screening and initial phone screens
- Schedule interviews when needed
- Resolve issues as fast as possible (i.e. interview cancellations)
- Assist with new hire onboarding (i.e. preparing documents, coordinating orientation)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- 1 - 3 years experience as Recruitment Assistant or other recruiting-related role
- Bilingual English & Spanish required
- Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
- Experience using recruiting software (iCIMS preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
