Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to understand their specific recruitment needs.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the recruitment process.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
