Job Description

What you will do

  • Coordinate the talent acquisition process over daily interactions with multiple vendors and other parties to ensure an effective and efficient delivery of services

  • Coordinate right to work assessments for candidates where applicable

  • Coordinate internal verifications and endorsements for Medical Assessments, Background checks, and pre-offer verifications

  • Process candidates and 3rd party payments as applicable

  • Update process flows and information in company designated Applicant tracking system
  • About you

    Qualifications

    We are looking for someone who has the following skills and qualifications, along with strong interest in becoming expert in Talent Acquisition processes.

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in: Business administration, Human resources or equivalent field.

  • Proficiency in English

  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in scheduling, documentation, and compliance.

  • Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

  • Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Addressing and resolving issues that arise during the recruitment process.

  • Customer Service Orientation: Providing a positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.

  • Ability to effectively work across multiple organizations, teams and vendors

  • Experience in dealing with Talent acquisition processes/ systems preferred.
