What you will do
Coordinate the talent acquisition process over daily interactions with multiple vendors and other parties to ensure an effective and efficient delivery of servicesCoordinate right to work assessments for candidates where applicableCoordinate internal verifications and endorsements for Medical Assessments, Background checks, and pre-offer verifications Process candidates and 3rd party payments as applicable Update process flows and information in company designated Applicant tracking system About you
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has the following skills and qualifications, along with strong interest in becoming expert in Talent Acquisition processes.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in: Business administration, Human resources or equivalent field.Proficiency in EnglishAttention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in scheduling, documentation, and compliance.Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.Problem-Solving Abilities: Addressing and resolving issues that arise during the recruitment process.Customer Service Orientation: Providing a positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.Ability to effectively work across multiple organizations, teams and vendorsExperience in dealing with Talent acquisition processes/ systems preferred.
