Hybrid position. 4 days on site. Approved locations: Boca Raton, FL

Job Summary:




  • This position will support a team of Recruiters on key administrative processes for fast paced, high volume recruitment.

  • The Recruiting Coordinator is required to demonstrate unparalleled integrity and high energy while working under minimal supervision.



Job Responsibilities:




  • Create and open requisitions via the company Applicant Tracking System (Client) Oracle Recruiting Cloud ensuring that postings are managed for effectiveness and within appropriate guidelines/timeframes.

  • Create and extend offer letters via Applicant Tracking System (Client) ORC.
