About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for the organization.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Proactively source candidates using various platforms such as job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
- 0-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Experience in using recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS.
- Screening and Shortlisting: Conduct initial screening of resumes and interviews to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain Candidate Database: Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and keep records of candidate interactions and statuses.
