About the Role

OpenLoop is looking for a
Recruiting Coordinator
to join our team in Lima, Peru. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the recruiting team with coordination, communication, and operational tasks while getting hands-on exposure to the full recruiting lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a smooth, professional experience.
• Support job postings across platforms and ensure consistent branding.
• Maintain accurate data in our Applicant Tracking System and recruiting trackers.
• Assist with sourcing and initial outreach to candidates as needed.
• Support recruiting team with ad hoc projects, reporting, and process improvements.
• Learn the fundamentals of recruiting, TA operations, and candidate experience.
