We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Koch Recruiting team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional candidate experience and supporting our recruiters and hiring supervisors throughout the hiring process. What You Will Do

  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, recruiters, and hiring supervisors. 
  • Manage candidate communications to ensure a positive experience. 
  • Maintain accurate data in our applicant tracking system. 
  • Support pre-employment processes such as background checks, candidate logistics and moving services. 
  • Assist with recruiting events and other talent acquisition initiatives. 
  • Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Experience in administrative or coordination roles. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. 
  • What Will Put You Ahead

  • Previous experience in recruiting or HR support. 
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems. 
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills. 
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset.
