What You Will Do
Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, recruiters, and hiring supervisors. Manage candidate communications to ensure a positive experience. Maintain accurate data in our applicant tracking system. Support pre-employment processes such as background checks, candidate logistics and moving services. Assist with recruiting events and other talent acquisition initiatives. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in administrative or coordination roles. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. What Will Put You Ahead
Previous experience in recruiting or HR support. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems. Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills. Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset. #LI-DP2
