Job Description

Job Summary:

Provides support to the recruitment team. Schedules interviews, compiles interview feedback, tracks recruitment activity and creates staffing reports as needed. Partners with background check vendor, files and tracks all new hire paperwork documents and onboards employees. Assists the recruitment team with candidates communications and other duties as assigned. 

Responsibilities:

  • Schedules and coordinates candidate interviews. 
  • Maintains interview schedule.
  • Sends interview feedback form and compile results.
  • Greets all incoming applicants and escorts them to interview where applicable.
  • Sends pre-employment paper and transition completed paperwork to the designated HR Representative.
  • Updates applicant database as needed.
  • Drafts offer letters, having Recruiter sign off and approval prior to sending.
  • Partners with background check vendor to ensure compliance.
