Job Description

1 year of Recruiting Coordinator experience or related experience as a Project Coordinator
2 years' experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced business environment
Proven success in screening and sourcing candidates for open opportunities
Associate's degree preferred
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Experience working within Applicant Tracking Systems (Oracle HCM)
Experience working within SharePoint (preferred)
Experience using job boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Proven ability to work independently
Takes initiative
Polished written/verbal communication skills
