**Overview**

In this role as a Recruiting Coordinator you'll play two integral parts on the Talent Acquisition Team. With regards to the recruiting process, you will ensure that senior-level candidates have a white glove experience. This job involves coordinating executive virtual and on-site interviews, including greeting candidates, directing them to their interviews, and supporting them during their time on-site. Additionally, you will also provide support to the Talent Acquisition team, handling tasks such as managing expenses, organizing travel, and keeping calendars up to dateall from the vibrant environment of the Paramount Lot.

**Responsibilities include, but are** **not limited to:**

+ Schedule and prioritize meetings for the Talent Acquisition team. Actively resolve any scheduling conflicts and make necessary adjustments to maintain an organized calendar.
