Working Hours:  8:45 am to 5:45 pm

Monthly Salary:  S$3,200 to S$3,800

To manage end-to-end recruitment and Work Pass processing for all operational and support roles in the Transportation Company. The role includes proactively identifying talent engagement and retention as key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment for drivers and non-driver positions across operations, maintenance, and corporate functions.
• Develop job description and role-specific sourcing strategies (blue-collar, technical, and professional hiring).
• Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate trade tests/licence verification where applicable.

Manpower Planning

• Work with Operations, Maintenance, and Management to forecast manpower needs.
• Support fleet expansion, new route tenders, and peak-period ramp-ups.
