Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Recruiter for a full-time role at our Indore headquarters. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting, focusing on supporting the hiring needs of our clients within various sectors. This position requires effective communication skills and the ability to handle end-to-end recruitment processes.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in job posting and creating job descriptions that attract the right candidates.
  • Proficiency in resume screening to identify potential candidates effectively.
  • Ability to manage a talent pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
  • Strong skills in candidate communication, ensuring timely updates and feedback.
  • Understanding of employer branding techniques to enhance the company's attractiveness to potential hires.
  • Proficiency in candidate sourcing (Mandatory skill), including using various platforms and techniques.
  • Expertise in interview scheduling (Mandatory skill), ensuring efficient and timely coordination with candidates and interviewers.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Mandatory skill), to streamline the recruitment process.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and post job ads to attract candidates matching client requirements.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for various roles.
  • Manage and update the talent pipeline to ensure continuous access to qualified candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, making sure all stakeholders are informed and available.
  • Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand the hiring needs of clients and provide solutions.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's profile as an attractive workplace.
  • Provide insights and feedback on recruitment trends and challenges to improve the hiring process.
