Role Description
This is a full-time/Part Time internship role for a Recruiting. The intern will assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing potential candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. Key responsibilities include screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, managing communications with candidates, and assisting in onboarding and training activities. The Recruiting Intern will also provide administrative support to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Must have knowledge of MS Excel/MS Word/ Google Sheet/Google Docs.
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
