Job Description

The Recruiting Manager is an intermediate management level position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees to provide end-to-end strategy, execution and delivery of the recruitment process in coordination with the Human Resources team. The overall objective of this role is to develop, implement and provide recruiting activities in support of the business strategy.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees, as needed
- Resolve complex problems or transactions utilizing in-depth knowledge and expertise to interpret against policies, guidelines, or processes
- Assist the management of talent acquisition selection process for new staff at professional and graduate levels
- Provide support across entire firm or multiple business lines/areas
