Description The Recruiting Manager owns the end-to-end talent acquisition function and plays a critical role in building the organization’s workforce strategy. This position is responsible for setting the recruiting vision, translating business objectives into scalable hiring plans, and ensuring the successful delivery of talent across all levels of the organization. The Recruiting Manager leads, develops, and holds accountable a team of recruiters while remaining actively involved in complex, high-impact searches. This role serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership and hiring managers, providing market insight, hiring recommendations, and data-driven guidance to support informed talent decisions.
