Overview

The Recruiting Operations Coordinator and iCIMS Administrator provides hands-on support for day-to-day recruiting operations and applicant tracking system (iCIMS) administration. This role plays a critical part in ensuring recruiting processes run smoothly, data remains accurate, and hiring teams across the business receive timely and reliable support. The position is execution-focused and works within established processes and direction provided by Talent Acquisition leadership. This is a full-time, hourly role based in Coppell, TX, with a hybrid 3 days onsite / 2 days remote schedule.
