Recruiting Partner | Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP)

Strategic role focused on leading end-to-end recruitment processes , acting as a Trusted Advisor to Hiring Managers and business stakeholders. Responsible for designing and executing talent acquisition strategies aligned with current and future hiring needs, particularly for strategic, niche, and hard-to-fill roles .

  • Full‑cycle recruitment management from kickoff to offer stage.
  • Strong partnership with Hiring Managers and leadership to plan hiring demand.
  • Use of data, recruitment metrics, and market insights to support decision‑making.
  • Collaboration with sourcing teams to deliver effective talent campaigns.
  • Presentation of qualified candidate shortlists and ownership of KPIs, NPS, and client satisfaction.
  • Continuous focus on innovation, process improvement, and client experience excellence .
