The successful candidate has the ability to work well in a team environment as well independently, is goal driven and loves to help people. This person will be working with a small team to identify top priority recruiting goals and activities, and execute on them as they are the driver of incoming candidates/talent for open positions. Job Highlights: Recruit, screen, and interview candidates based on skills needs from order specifications Conduct telephone, in-person and Teams/Zoom interviews with prospective candidates Build a bench of qualified talent for open positions within our client network Accurately enter data and maintain electronic employee files Build relationships with candidates, identify skill sets, motivators and obstacles for employment opportunities Manage multiple job boards to ensure open positions are visible Managing company social media pages to bring in applicants and recognize successes Other recruiting and retention duties What we look for: Experience in a customer service setting (retail, food service, call center, etc.), or in related Human Resources field Ability to quickly build rapport and strong relationships through strong communication skills Strong organizational skills and time management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability and willingness for local travel for recruiting visits Hunger, drive, and ownership mentality Benefits Include: PTO, Medical Insurance, Paid Holidays, IRA Fun, family-oriented work environment Growth opportunity - learn from the best in the business!
