Job Description

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
  • Ability to manage bulk hiring and multiple open positions
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (sourcing to onboarding).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies (job boards, social media, referrals, networking).
  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews (telephonic/video/face-to-face).
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
