Responsibilities
- Support full‑cycle recruitment activities including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Coordinate directly with hiring managers to understand role requirements and track progress for all open positions.
- Maintain applicant records, update recruitment trackers, and ensure accurate data in ATS or HR systems.
- Assist with offer preparation, onboarding checklist coordination, and pre‑employment documentation.
- Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and weekly hiring status updates for management review.
- Liaise with vendors, recruitment partners, and internal departments to ensure timely follow‑ups and workflow efficiency.
