THE ROLE

Join our team as a Recruitment Administrator on a permanent full‑time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to focus on recruitment, mobilisation and support the organisation's operational and project workforce needs. You'll be part of an established and collaborative Human Resources team, working alongside our experienced Business Support team who will provide ongoing support and guidance as you develop your skills and make a meaningful impact.

Duties include but not limited to;

  • Provide administrative support to the HR and Recruitment team, including maintaining job advertisements and recruitment documentation.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring clear and timely communication with candidates.
  • Manage candidate records and documentation within ActionHRM.
  • Book and track pre‑employment medical assessments and background checks for shortlisted candidates.
  • Conduct reference checks and liaise with the Recruitment Officer on candidate progress.
  • Coordinate site access requirements and prepare candidate packs for mobilisation and site approval.
  • Support onboarding activities, including welcoming new starters and assisting with system inductions.
  • Arrange IT and desk set‑ups for new starters in collaboration with the Business Support team.
  • Maintain recruitment data, generate reports, and assist with talent pool tracking for future workforce needs.
  • Assist with recruitment events such as careers days and workforce initiatives.
  • Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes, efficiency, and candidate experience.
  • Other duties as requested by the Human Resources Advisor.

THE PERSON

  • Certificate or diploma in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience in recruitment is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to coach and influence decision‑makers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all documentation.
