We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Administrator to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from client engagement through to candidate placement. This role involves building strong relationships with clients and candidates, sourcing top talent, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions. Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment process from initial briefing to placement and aftercare. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs. Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of methods. Advertise roles across job boards, social media, and professional networks.
