Role DetailsManage the generic recruitment email inbox, ensuring all enquires are dealt with in a timely manner, forwarding on requests as necessary
Place adverts internally and externally using Company website, and other external sites as well as any social media sites
Carry out research when requested from time to time on salary benchmarking to ensure our rates remain competitive
Undertake any pre-selection screening on candidates as required
Invite candidates to interview, creating a positive candidate experience ensuring that they have all the required information in preparation for their interview.
