The Position

  • Manage your own regional portfolio

  • Proactively sourcing candidates using various marketing strategies

  • Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the end to end recruitment process

  • Partnering with site stakeholders for current and future growth recruitment activities 

  • Developing a pipeline of candidates across operational disciplines 

    • The Person

  • Proven experience across either internal or agency recruitment

  • Experience in the resources and remote sector, is advantageous, but not essential

  • Someone looking for a stepping stone to eventually move into a Recruitment Lead position;

  • Or alternatively, someone not interested in management, but who loves working with sites to ensure their vacancies are filled!
