Job Description
Maintains a well-organized, efficient, and precise records and filing system for all payroll records, encompassing electronic and hard copies.
Monitors employee leaves and ensures accurate tracking.
Oversees the monthly posting of contributions and loan remittances.
Handles the filing and processing of government-related employee benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and HDMF.
Coordinates with the Accounting department regarding salary-related matters and check distribution.
Takes charge of processing tax annualization and preparing ITR/BIR 2316 forms.
Performs additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resource Development Management, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcome, with prior work experience in any Human Resource or related field considered advantageous.
