What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment within our Transition to Work contract (working with youth)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and candidates
• Source, screen, interview and place candidates into roles
• Help job seekers overcome barriers and secure sustainable employment
• Manage your recruitment pipeline from brief to placement and support thereafter
