Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment of Advisors

Identify, source, and recruit potential Life Insurance Advisors through various channels.

Conduct interviews, screening, and onboarding of advisors.

Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for the advisor role.

2. Training & Development

Provide product training, process training, and sales skills training to advisors.

Ensure advisors are IRDAI-certified and compliant with all regulatory requirements.

Conduct regular training sessions, joint fieldwork, and skill-enhancement meetings.

3. Sales & Target Achievement

Drive sales through advisors to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.

Monitor the performance of advisors and guide them to improve productivity.

Implement sales strategies to increase penetration and business growth.
