Recruitment and Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in bulk hiring, campus recruitment, Production hiring and strong coordination skills to support hiring needs across Non-IT roles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding.

- Source candidates through job portals and social media platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- Maintain and update daily recruitment status in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

- Manage recruitment-related documentation and records.

- Conduct background verification and reference checks for selected candidates.
