Key Roles

  • Partner with department leaders to identify learning needs and recommend relevant training interventions.
  • Serve as a culture champion, ensuring that Ovialand’s core values are reflected in all HR programs and daily practices.
  • Support engagement programs and internal communications that enhance morale and connection.
  • Support the design, scheduling, and facilitation of training programs for employees and leaders.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in Training, and Recruitment
