Job Description

INKspire is looking for a motivated, results-driven individual to join our HR team. Reporting to HR Director, the Recruitment and Training Lead will be responsible for attracting and sourcing new talent for the organization. You will be responsible for creating and executing recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment process, and providing guidance and support to our hiring teams.

• Participate in weekly HR meetings and monthly leads meetings.
• Lead weekly HR meetings when the HR Director is unable to do so.
• Training new hires on the HR team, as needed.
