Job Description

The Recruitment Associate shall be responsible for meeting the recruitment needs and performing all recruitment-related functions and activities in the Company. He/she shall be the main point person for all recruitment-related concerns and will help strategize with the rest of the Recruitment team to meet department expectations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Discover new avenues to advertise and source candidates.
  2. Coordinate with external recruitment partners and follow up on endorsements to ensure requirements are met.
  3. Produce EOD reports on recruitment metrics, needs, and recommendations.
  4. Pre-screen and pre-qualify applications against job requirements.
  5. Record, update, and manage applicant information in the applicant tracking system. Make contact attempts to ensure candidate data is complete and accurate.
