Overview

Join our Dedicated Recruitment team as a Recruitment Associate to connect Virtual Assistants with global clients and develop key recruitment skills.

Responsibilities

  • Screen potential candidates and review resumes to identify talent matching job requirements.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews, including Mock Calls and Script Readings with candidates.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to applicants, coordinating follow-up sessions as needed.
  • Recommend qualified candidates to the VIP team and work towards weekly endorsement targets.
  • Support the full recruitment process and collaborate with different departments to understand client needs.
  • Gain exposure to various aspects of talent acquisition and HR.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in any field.
